Supplemental Insurance from USASA

If you get injured while participating in an ICWSL-sanctioned event (e.g., a scheduled league game), you may be eligible for supplemental insurance from the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA).

This coverage is EXCESS of other insurance. 

All player claims must be completed online.  As of January 14, 2024, USASA will no longer accept paper claims.  Please go to WSASA - Insurance Info for more info and to submit a claim.

You can submit a claim if you are a registered USASA player (ICWSL/WSASA are USASA affiliated) and your injury occured during a sanctioned USASA event. Players need to file their claim within one year from the date of injury.
